The Pyramids mission arrives at Port Harcot Airport in Nigeria, preparing to return to Cairo

The Pyramids first football team is preparing to leave Nigeria and return to Cairo on a private plane, after collecting the qualifying card for the semi-finals of the African Confederation.


Pyramids tied with Enyimba of Nigeria with a goal for each of them in the match that brought them together at the Enyimba International Stadium in Aba city, in the second leg of the African Confederation Cup quarter-finals, and Pyramids qualified for the semi-finals of the tournament and is waiting for the winner from Morocco's Raja and Orlando Pirates of South Africa.


Ibrahim Adil, the Pyramids player, scored the first goal for his team in the 32nd minute, and Oilya Emmanuel tied for the Nigerian team, Enyimba, in the 40th minute of the first half.


Pyramids crossed Enyimba by winning 5-2 in the aggregate of the two encounters, to continue their journey in the continental championship and reach the semi-finals for the second consecutive season.
